Celebration of Music in Laos

A large audience was given an appointment at the Language Centre of Vientiane (Saturday, 20 June) and its annex to Luang Prabang (Friday, 19 June) to celebrate the Fete de la Musique.
In Luang Prabang, where the event was held for the first time, the evening began with music, and traditional Lao dance given by the company Puang Champa, and was followed by a karaoke contest of French songs .
In Vientiane, where the Language Center hosts the Festival of Music in the gardens since 2003, fifteen groups of young musicians and singers have followed up Laotian midnight, alternating reggae, French chanson, metal, pop, hard rock ...
Many musicians climbed onto a real stage for the first time, an opportunity very appreciated!
