Several random events will be triggered in the game (RANDOM ENCOUNTERS, Haven p.38). A gangster in a gang neighbor (the diablos) came to spy on the neighborhood is shot dead by Haitians. Two civilians, Amber & David will appear and come join the gang of Haitians (Meet & Greet, ATZ p.45).

A random event will speed up the game of diablos A pickup across the street opened fire on Smokey is put OFA. The diablos are activated first in the next round and try to hit Beloved Roger Lamartine and Bonaventure (Vehicle Load Test, QRS ATZ). These leap out of the path of the vehicle and riddled with bullets (Being Run Down Test, QRS ATZ). The driver was killed and the car crashed against a building (the passenger died instantly, Lose Control Test, QRS ATZ). All this makes a lot of noise and many zombies appear.

Beloved Smokey will be inaccessible to zombies. Unfortunately another diablo (random event) will appear in the back of Dexter, a young Haitian gang member and kill a shot shotgun (OD). The diablo will quickly put OFA.
